Total Access Captioning services of Oklahoma was previously a full-service court reporting agency and has been providing CART services since 2006. Beginning in January of 2016, we turned our focus from legal reporting to providing CART captioning services.

In 2022, we were proud to welcome Erica Cook as the new owner and leader of the company. With Erica’s vision and passion for accessibility, we continue to expand our services, enhance our technology, and support a growing community of clients in their efforts to create inclusive environments. Erica is committed to upholding our core values of precision, reliability, and accessibility, and is dedicated to making live captioning a vital part of every communication.

Owner

Erica Cook

Erica Cook, Registered CART Provider-Master. Erica received her certificate for voicewriting at Rose State College and after more than 16 years working with Becky Young as a CART provider, Becky took the opportunity to retire and passed on the business she had started of Total Access Captioning. The company employs other reporters to caption a variety of classes and live events in Oklahoma and across the country.

I currently work as an administrative assistant at Total Access Captioning, supporting operations under Erica Cook. With a background in technology and a strong eye for detail, I help ensure our captioning services run smoothly and efficiently. I'm passionate about clear communication, organization, and supporting accessibility through tech-driven solutions.
